Jamie is a licensed physical therapist and Doctor of Physical Therapy, as well as a certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher specializing in orthopedic manual physical therapy. She earned her doctorate from the University of St. Augustine with an emphasis on manual therapy and geriatrics, and is a member of Delta Phi Tau, the physical therapy honors society. Currently pursuing orthopedic fellowship training through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, Jamie emphasizes excellence, education, and patient-centered care in her treatment approach.
Outside of her clinical work, Jamie is a credentialed clinical instructor, mentoring future physical therapists, and has taught continuing medical education courses in orthopedics for primary care providers. In her free time, she enjoys playing music, reading, CrossFit training, and practicing yoga.
Jamie has a special interest in diagnosing and treating complex conditions, including chronic pain, vestibular dysfunction, post-concussive syndrome, and neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and fibromyalgia. She also has extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation and has helped athletes of all ages return to sport following injury or surgery. She is passionate about empowering individuals to stay healthy and mobile throughout their lifespans through targeted joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, individualized exercise programs, and comprehensive patient education.
